This Privacy Policy explains how LLUMIFIELD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to llumifield.com and from people who request or hold a LLUMIFIELD account. We treat this document as a living draft during the beta program and will update it before public availability.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: email address, trade, team size, and any details you submit through the request-account form or by emailing support@llumifield.com.
- Account information: if you sign up for a LLUMIFIELD account, we store your profile, company configuration, scheduled appointments, clients, projects, invoices, and any media or notes you upload.
- Technical information: standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and operational logs.
How we use it
- Reply to your inbound request and set up your account.
- Operate the LLUMIFIELD service for you and your team.
- Send transactional emails (account changes, billing, security).
- Aggregate, de-identified analytics to improve the product.
We do not sell your information. We do not run ad-targeting cookies on this site.
Sharing
We share information only with subprocessors that help us run the service: hosting, transactional email, payment processing (Stripe), accounting export (QuickBooks Online when you connect it), push notification delivery, and SMS delivery. Each subprocessor receives only the data they need.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize identifiable data within 90 days unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or audit purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@llumifield.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
LLUMIFIELD uses encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted credential storage, role-based access controls, optional two-factor authentication for admins, and audit logging on sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure; we work hard to keep yours protected.
Children
LLUMIFIELD is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will update this policy as the product changes. Material updates are noted at the top with a new "Last updated" date.
